About us

At the intersection of two industries

Ecosystem Growth Partners is a Nairobi-based consulting firm working where global Web3 infrastructure meets Africa's regulated financial services sector — the position from which you can credibly serve both.

How we got here

The doors six years of product work opened

Our principals have spent six years embedded in some of the continent's most significant digital payments and stablecoin projects — including early founding work at Kotani Pay and contributions to MiniPay's supply-side infrastructure and Africa market activation, working alongside the talented teams at Opera and Celo.

That history is the firm. Six years of active CBK and CMA Kenya engagement, built through real product work, opens doors that stay closed to new entrants and remote advisory firms. We bring the regulatory relationships, institutional networks and commercial execution capacity that global protocols need to build genuine traction in African markets.

What we believe

Four things we hold to

These are not wall posters. They decide which engagements we take and how we behave inside them.

01

Human

We care about people, inside and outside our team. Real connections, clear communication and respect are the core.

02

Collaborative growth

The best outcomes happen when many contribute. We are bridge-builders who grow the pie before dividing it.

03

Outcome & data driven

Results matter. We identify high-leverage outcomes and let hard data dictate the path forward.

04

Curious & honest

We test, learn and adapt. We're not afraid of mistakes, and we take responsibility even without the answers.
